A Thank You Message from Maribeth

I want to thank each of you who donated, helped, voted, and encouraged me on my campaign journey. We distributed 2000 door hangers, placed 100 lawn signs, sent 900 postcards, sent 3500 reminder text messages, created a website and Facebook page, and posted a billboard display and YouTube videos ........we left no stone unturned to spread the word and get out the vote. I heard your concerns regarding the safety and congestion on 9W and Lattintown Road, the desire to give our Milton Landing Dog Park more attention, expand services for our seniors, and install pickleball courts at our Cluett-Schantz Memorial Park. Alas, our community voted to continue with life as is with the team on Row B.  

 

Though I didn't garner enough votes for a seat on our town board, I remain committed to Marlborough. I will continue to attend and speak at the bi-weekly town board meetings, and I encourage you to do so as well. Community engagement and participation are vital to our democracy!
